Jakob Busch-Petersen ^Leaders

I have spent the past 5 years scouting, incubating and executing novel drug discovery projects in collaboration with external partners. This has also included devising strategies for identifying novel ideas before "the crowd". The work has resulted in several projects that are approaching clinical development in diseases such as CF, anemia and inflammatory disease.
My previous work as a medicinal chemist and project leader resulted in one marketed product (umeclidinium bromide), two late stage development candidates (danirixin (for which I am the sole inventor) and darotropium bromide) and 5 other compounds that reached clinical development.
