Roger A. Allen ^Leaders

Has more than two decades of experience of the international hotel and leisure sector. Roger is specialized in the financial planning, development and operations of leisure assets with a particular focus on resorts & destinations, mixed-use developments, residential, senior living, wellbeing & healthcare establishments and assets with thermal springs with project experience in Europe, US, CIS, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Roger was a co-author contributor to the book Hotel & Resorts Valuation - An Investors Guide and served a 3-year term as Member of the Board of Directors of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC).

Roger has held senior management positions in multinational companies in Europe, Asia and the US and is a former partner at Horwath HTL Consulting Hungary with extensive knowledge of developing, operating, owning and selling leisure establishments.

Roger works on multiple levels of project and touristic development and business operations with a particular focus on protecting investor interests, achieving strict financial objectives and managing the complexity of project planning through to delivery.
