Alessandra Henderson ^Leaders

Alessandra Henderson is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Elektra Health, where she is dedicated to transforming menopause care through evidence-based solutions and community support. With a robust background in entrepreneurship and innovation, she previously served as VP of Network at Human Ventures and as the Founding Executive Director of the MIT NYC Startup Studio. Alessandras early career included roles at Artsy, where she excelled as Content Partner Director and Manager, and as Sales Manager at the Chinese Contemporary Gallery in Beijing. She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where she was actively involved in various leadership roles, including Co-President of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Club. Alessandras commitment to professional development is reflected in her memberships and recognitions, including the Martin Trust Community Fellowship and the Patrick J. McGovern, Jr. Entrepreneurship Award. Fluent in both English and Chinese, she continues to advocate for womens health and empowerment through her work at Elektra Health and beyond.
