Charles Desmarais ^Leaders

Charles Desmarais is the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Athena Club, a leading brand dedicated to womens health and wellness, based in the Greater New York City Area since January 2018. Prior to this role, he was involved in business transformation at GardaWorld from 2016 to 2018, and he began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York City, where he honed his financial acumen from 2014 to 2016. Charles also co-founded SchedulingDirect, a SaaS enterprise solution for employee management, which was successfully sold to a VC-backed HR tech company in 2017. A graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce, he is proficient in both English and French and has received numerous accolades, including recognition in Forbes 30 Under 30 and the Inc. 5000 list. He is an active member of YPO since March 2022 and serves as Chairman of the Canadian Special Operations Regiment Association, supporting veterans in their transition to civilian life.
