Melody Roberts ^UDM

Melody Roberts is the Cofounder and CEO of Liv Labs, a pioneering consumer healthtech startup based in the Greater Chicago Area, where she leads a dedicated team focused on developing innovative solutions for womens health, specifically addressing the challenges of urinary incontinence. Prior to her role at Liv Labs, Melody was a member of the Polsky Incubator at the University of Chicago, where she honed her entrepreneurial skills. Her extensive career includes significant leadership positions at Panera Bread, where she served as Vice President of Customer Experience Innovation and Digital Experience, and at McDonalds Corporation, where she was Senior Director of Experience Innovation and Operations Research. An alumna of Yale University and the Illinois Institute of Technology, Melody has been recognized for her contributions to design and innovation, including being a finalist for the Fast Company Innovation by Design Awards. She has also contributed to the field through her patent for a double-walled container and has served as a mentor and juror for various design awards. With her diverse expertise and commitment to fostering innovation, Melody continues to make impactful strides in the healthtech industry.
