Since launching Theia in January 2019, she has been committed to providing holistic care through a network of vetted doctors and specialists, ensuring that mothers have access to comprehensive health resources from preconception to early childhood. Flavias career began in finance, with significant roles at Citibank and Merrill Lynch, before transitioning to sales and marketing at Acesso, where she served as Director of Sales, Marketing, and Product from 2012 to 2018. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundaçao Getulio Vargas. Flavias expertise is further enriched by her publications in Brazil and her dedication to empowering women through personalized healthcare solutions.
