Violette De Ayala ^Leaders

Violette de Ayala is the CEO and Founder of FemCity, an International Networking Association dedicated to empowering business women, female executives, and change-makers. Based in Miami, Florida, she has cultivated a vibrant community through soulful events, workshops, and coaching, impacting women across over 50 local chapters in the U.S. and Canada, as well as virtual communities globally. With a rich background in public relations and marketing, Violette has worked with various organizations, including the World Wildlife Fund and the City of Miami Mayors Office, to develop successful community campaigns. She holds a Bachelors degree from Florida International University and a certification in Leading Diverse Teams & Organizations from the University of Michigan. Violettes commitment to womens empowerment is further demonstrated through her past board memberships with YWCA South Florida and CHARLEE Program of Dade County, as well as her recognition with awards such as the Girl Scout Centennial Leadership Award and the Strong Women Strong Girls Spark Award. Her expertise and dedication continue to inspire and uplift women in their personal and professional journeys.
