Jane Baecher ^Leaders

Jane Baecher is the Co-Founder and CEO of Anya, based in New York City, where she has been leading the company since January 2019. With a robust background in retail and health consulting, Jane previously served as a Private Health Consultant at Irving Health, offering holistic health coaching and fitness instruction from 2017 to 2019. Her career began in the fashion industry, where she honed her skills at Bloomingdales as a Senior Assistant Buyer and subsequently advanced to roles such as Business Manager and Planner in Womens Ready-to-Wear. Jane further developed her expertise at Rent The Runway, where she excelled as a Buyer and Senior Buyer from 2012 to 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fiber Science and Apparel Design Management from Cornell University. Jane is recognized for her contributions to various publications in the United States and continues to enhance her professional development in leadership and entrepreneurship.
