Marina Pavlovic Rivas ^Leaders

Marina Pavlovic Rivas is the Co-founder and CEO of Eli Health, a pioneering company based in Canada and the United States that is transforming lifelong health through continuous hormone monitoring. Since its inception in January 2019, Eli Health has developed a groundbreaking saliva test and app that empowers individuals to manage their hormonal health in real-time, addressing critical health areas such as perimenopause and fertility. Under her leadership, the company has raised $9 million, marking a significant milestone as the largest amount secured by a female-led womens health startup in Canada. Prior to Eli Health, Marina founded Gradiant AI, where she successfully built machine learning solutions that achieved profitability in the first year and led to an acquisition by the second year. She holds a Master of Science in Data Science from HEC Montreal and completed the Deep Learning School at Mila, the Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute. An active community leader, Marina has served as a Board Member for various organizations and was recognized as an Emerging Leader in Healthcare by The Peak in 2022.
