MCI Capital is a leading Digital Private Equity investor in CEE, based in Warsaw, Poland. MCI Capital seeks to invest in digital disruption, transformation and infrastructure within EU, with focus on CEE. Preferred sectors are SaaS, E-commerce, Marketplace, Fintech, Insurtech, Foodtech, Traveltech and Digital Infrastructure. MCI typically invests EUR 25-100 M in a single project, either in Buyout or Expansion stage.

Historically, MCI Capital has also been involved in funds dedicated to Private Debt, Growth and Venture Capital areas – these funds do not conduct any new investments, instead they focus on building the value of assets and de-investing.

MCI Capital is managed by the executive management team. The company is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since February 2001 and is also a member of the Polish Private Equity Association.
