Aarti Shah ^Leaders

Aarti Shah, PhD., serves on the boards of Northwestern Mutual, NVIDIA Corporation and Sandoz. She serves on two non-proftit organizations, as trustee of Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care USA (NGO) and recently has joined the Board of St Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

She retired in June 2021 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer at Eli Lilly & Company, a global healthcare leader and Fortune 500 pharmaceuticals corporation. As CIDO she led an enterprise-wide global organization with responsibilities for information technology (IT), information security (IS), advanced analytics and data science (AADS), and digital health (DH). She was a member of Lilly's executive committee (EC). In her 27+ year career at Lilly, she held various functional and business role spanning across the various phases of drug development and commercialization. She has been widely recognized and is a recipient of several awards for her leadership and business impact.

Aarti is committed to advocating and serving for social causes for the underprivileged and enjoys spiritual learning, meditation and hiking with her family.
