Danice Rinderknecht ^Leaders

I am a dedicated, loyal, energetic, respected leader, educator, and consultant with the ability to quickly adapt to changing needs. I love developing future leaders. I enjoy solving financial challenges and promoting organizational change. I am experienced with community relationship building and collaboration. I understand philosophy and theory, but much prefer being a hands on, operational leader.

My dissertation and subsequent publications and scholarly work have focused on the use of action research and appreciative inquiry to lead change. I have published several articles on the use of appreciative inquiry, rural health care, educational, leadership, EMS and nursing topics. My passion is using data, research, and analytics to guide change. I enjoy educating others and problem solving.
