As the Director of Human Resources at Penn Highlands Healthcare, I provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with organizational goals. I have over four years of experience in this role, and over six years of experience in the human resources field.

I am a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) with a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. I have developed and implemented effective recruitment, onboarding, retention, and development strategies for a diverse and talented workforce. I have also partnered with other managers and directors to provide consultation and guidance on human resources issues and initiatives. I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters employee engagement, performance, and growth.
