As the Vice President of Northern Light Medical Group of Maine, I oversee the operational logistics, policy and workflow processes, strategy, and professional development of the Medical Group with approxiamately 1020 providers and staff across 137 locations. With over 35 years of experience in academic hospital administration, program development, marketing strategies, and team leadership and training, I am a dynamic and innovative senior-level professional who delivers operational efficiencies, enhanced profitability, and exceptional patient services.

My mission is to work with progressive health care organizations that value visionary, collaborative, and analytical leadership, as well as strategic planning, problem solving, emergency preparedness, public health, and growth. I have advanced training in medical logistics management and diversity, equity, and inclusion operational change management, which enable me to successfully navigate health care organizations through periods of accelerated growth and rapid change.
