Kyle Marquis Leaders

I am multi-skilled in many areas of Human Resources and have a passion for the field. Working for Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) for the last 19 years has allowed me to grow my skills and produce results. I have grown in each position starting as an In-Store Expansion/Visual Merchandiser to my current role working as a Logistics Function Manager and Global Auditor. I am familiar with key concepts (e.g. cultural competence, unconscious bias, etc.), have practical experience designing and/or implementing D&I programs, international development experience traveling globally, and working with counterparts in other countries.

In addition to HR experience, I have an extensive Project Management background partnering across job functions to build consensus and ensure projects meet all milestones, deadlines, and budget requirements. Building relationships and communicating articulately with colleagues, management, and vendors play a key part in my daily routine.
