Welcome to my profile! I consider myself a courageous developer of people, business and content and I do this through resilient action, entrepreneurial spirit, & my curious heart. My husband and I own a machine shop located in central Maine. My day job is working in a Human Resources capacity to support the employees and leadership. In my spare time I'm a photographer, writer, traveler, and avid reader!

My background is in Human Resources as I've worked in coaching and consulting role over many years; from recruitment, talent development, content creation, program design and realization, facilitator, and as a business partner. I’ve worked with individuals and organizations to help them align their goals with structured pathways: From one on one coaching to increase competency level, to collaboration and designing programs based on an organization's values and industry best practices.

The majority of my professional experience is in Human Resources. I have degrees in Psychology, Criminal Justice, Human Relations, and Business as well as two professional HR certifications. I have also volunteered on community boards and served as a panelist at community events about HR related topics.

Projects I’ve worked on include: Mentor and leadership programs for current leaders and high potentials, frontline supervisor and manager programs, skill building workshops, one on one coaching, succession planning, development plan structure, workforce development strategy, recruitment and retention strategy, intern and onboarding programs, LMS management, employee engagement, and performance management.
