Kristy Rizzitello ^Leaders

Positive, productive, relationships are the cornerstone of success for any endeavor. I feel very fortunate to have been trusted by Northern Light AR Gould (formerly TAMC) to nurture our relationships with community health partners, businesses, and healthcare providers. I am passionate about finding opportunities to collaborate with our community to improve the health status for those we serve. In addition to my work in relationship management, I provide direct supervison to the leaders of our community health program and our guest relations team.

Prior to becoming Northern Light AR Gould's Community Liaison, I spent almost two decades in both direct care as a social worker in the acute care setting and in management. I am accustomed to the fast paced change environment that is healthcare delivery and enjoy problem solving in a team setting. I am always pleased to make new connections and to learn about others.
