I have professional human resource experience in staffing, scheduling/screening/conducting interviews/new hire orientations, onboarding, advertisement, employment hearings, and company audits. Train Managers and HR staff regarding hiring procedures to comply with the affirmative action plan, EEO, and all pertaining federal laws. Established new contacts with community leaders to attract a diverse mix of employees to work for the company by conducting weekly info sessions improving the quality of new employee flow for the facility I previously worked for. Furthermore promoted the company brand name throughout the community and colleges to attract and retain most talented individuals. Launched new promotional strategies that helped company become a magnificent place for career opportunities within the industry. Worked directly with HR Manager, human resources team, and internal management team to translate this vision into a strategic plan in the community.

My goal is to pursue a career in HR or related position where I can apply my skills and qualifications to produce tangible results in the industry.
