Elza Lavon ^Leaders

Currently working as a program director for the school of health sciences at Reading Hospital to prepare bachelor degree, or above, students earn a certificate in Medical Laboratory Science.

Previous experience includes working as a faculty member at Reading Hospital and St. Christopher's Hospital for Children's MLS programs. Additional previous medical technologist in the Philadelphia and NJ areas with lab expertise in Blood Banking (Immunohematology), Immunogenetics/HLA, Microbiology, Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, and Coagulation.
