Provide outstanding post-production support to all clinical/non-clinical areas to insure systems continue to function in an ever changing environment. Frequent optimization is key to keeping workflows current.

Work closely with vendors to insure that needed system functionality is available to support needs of all hospital/clinic locations.

Develop and maintain a change control process which logs and follows changes through to the production environment for the entire hospital.
