Dean’s personal mission is to fulfill the potential of technology to ensure cancer patients receive the best treatment possible. This was born out of firsthand experience facing the pain points and gaps of cancer-related diagnosis and treatment.

Currently, the CEO & Co-Founder of Imagene, an emerging leader in the field of precision medicine for cancer revolutionizing biomarker real-time detection to optimize treatment decisions.

Dean has extensive experience leading companies and initiatives in the tech space. He constructed the first data-driven budget planning process of the Israeli Defence Force, established an AI research and services company, created an ultrasound-based communication venture, and streamlined the chain of molecular testing for precision medicine for cancer including a remote genetic consulting application, a molecular analysis platform, bioinformatics algorithms development, and a robotic arm guided by AI for DNA extraction
