Led Monsanto's Israel Chemistry R&D site for 5 years while serving on the Monsanto Chemistry leadership team. Served as VP of Development and Operations at Beeologics prior to its acquisition by Monsanto.

Prior to joining the industry, was a faculty member at the University of Washington in Seattle. Hold both an MBA from the Peres Academic Center and a PhD in biochemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
