Kaja Pergar is a Vice President of Responsible Investing (ESG) at Blue Owl Capital, with a strong background in climate risk management, sustainable finance, and net zero target setting. With over 8 years of experience as a management consultant, Kaja has advised companies on climate and sustainability issues, business strategy, and finance & risk implementation across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. She is a strategic advisor to the TCFD Secretariat and has played a key role in overseeing support for GFANZ and TCFD initiatives.
