Formula VC aims to assist startups in their early stages of growth by providing them with resources and a network to become global players in their field. They focus on SAAS, IoT, and AI projects from Armenia and nearby regions. The projects they consider must be funded by angel groups or other pre-seed vehicles, or be bootstrapped, and generate sustainable ARR of $100k+ or have an active user base of 100k+.
