PERSONAL SUMMARY:
Ｉ joined TEL in 1985 after graduation of my university. I was assigned to Electric Component Division, which was spun off to Tokyo Electron Devices. I moved to Legal Department of the company in 1993. I established legal operation of the company and was in charge of contract review, negotiation, IP management, litigation and M&A for more than 20 years.

I was also in charger of financial field of corpoeate strategic planning department for several years. I created a platform of cash conversion cycle.

Then I was heavily involved in merger process with a big company from 2013 to 2015. After cancellation of the merger, I was in charge of all administration area as a Representative Director and CFO by 2018.

I stepped down from the board member of TEL in 2019. I am engaged in global communication in the Business Improvement Project at TEL.

I co-founded Value Quest Partners in December 2022. This is a PE fund to support small and mid-sized enterprises in Japan. While I stay at Tokyo Electron, I am challenging my new business. https://www.valuequest-partners.com/
