Toshi has been conducting corporate management and planning for long time, which are new business development, management consulting, M&A and business alliances, fundraising and so on mainly for ICT and hi-tech industries. He also conducted global business development for Japanese companies and Japan market entry for non-Japanese companies as well. Until Feb of 2013, as a CEO, he has started up Japan Technology Market Co.,Ltd. (JTM) who was conducting technology transfer, trading business and consulting in global market. For the first year, the accumulated awarded order was more than JPY 1 billion as a result (number of employees is about 20). Focused area is whole Asia including China. He has been running M&A and consulting firm (Spinnaker Partners) for almost 10 years and had management consulting experience for about 17 years at Nomura Research Institute (NRI) as a senior manager finally. From 1992 to 1996 he was assigned to NRI America New York to conduct strategic consulting projects on US markets for both of US and Japanese clients. Right before leaving NRI, size of projects is about one billion yen per year as a team leader of 20 members. Major clients are NTT group, network broadcasting companies, large electronics makers, large precision machinery makers, large trading companies, oversea telecom operators, oversea computer software and hardware companies and so on.
