From the every-day to high stakes projects, I've delivered communication strategies, campaigns, content and programs that have made a difference. The best part comes from applying this experience to new challenges, across business areas and regions.

Currently I work in the UBS Employer Branding team, planning and delivering initiatives to attract the best talents to apply for roles and positioning the company as an employer of choice. I also co-lead the very experienced professionals employee network in Switzerland, which is fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging for all employees.

Expertise: Program and campaign delivery with a focus on building a more inclusive workplace. Leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives including Real Returns, the career restart program for experienced professionals. Communications strategy and implementation, reputation management, narrative building, messaging, storytelling, content creation and campaign delivery.

Experience working in dynamic and complex international businesses, including during transformations. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build internal networks to deliver global programs. International experience gained through working in Zurich, Hong Kong, London, Munich, Helsinki and Sydney.
