At Google, I own the P&L for our global channel business, leading teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. We don't just "manage partners", we've built an ecosystem architecture that enables technology platforms to seamlessly integrate Google's advertising products, reaching millions of SMBs we could never touch directly.
Prior to Google, I've built and scaled partnership ecosystems at Meta, Pinterest, Salesforce, and Slack, generating billions in revenue by designing systems where 1+1=11, not 2. From taking Onovo through Facebook acquisition to building Pinterest's shopping partnerships from zero to hero, I've consistently turned partnership functions from cost centers into profit centers.
My philosophy is simple: In the platform economy, the companies that win don't build everything they become the foundation others build upon. That's not partnership management. That's revenue architecture.
