PERSONAL SUMMARY:
I currently serve as Singapore Country Head for Enterprise Technology Services at Morgan Stanley, leading a 20-person team across network, voice, multimedia, deskside support, and data center operations. We support over 845 employees across Institutional Equities, Fixed Income, and Investment Banking. The scope and complexity of this portfolio underscore Singapore’s strategic role as a regional hub — and reflect the firm’s confidence in my broad-based expertise and execution ability.

Among my most impactful recent accomplishments: I built and led a 70+ person technology team in China from the ground up, served as country tech lead, managed a $5M+ budget, and delivered mission-critical integrations for our China joint ventures and legal entities — all while achieving a 45% female workforce. I reversed high attrition through innovation-driven career paths, enabled remote work for 100,000+ global staff during COVID, and contributed to Morgan Stanley’s global SWAT reliability engineering group.

A Morgan Stanley Patent Innovator, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and seasoned architect in the Citrix VDI stack, I bring strong technical credibility paired with strategic thought leadership. Earlier in my career, I founded a boutique consultancy where I led delivery, client engagement, and business development — while also working hands-on alongside engineers to solve complex VDI challenges for Fortune 500 firms across financial services, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. I was frequently trusted by a major enterprise software vendor to support their most challenging, at-risk clients — including accounts on the verge of dropping the platform — by resolving critical performance and stability issues to preserve key relationships.
