PERSONAL SUMMARY:
I’ve spent more than 20 years leading data and AI transformation for global enterprises. My focus is simple, build the data foundations that make AI work in the real world.
At Sabre, I built the ML and customer identity platforms that helped airlines recognize 80 percent more travelers. That shift unlocked personalized experiences and added more than $15M in new revenue.
At AWS, I helped large organizations move off legacy Oracle systems into modern cloud-native data stacks. They cut costs by about 40 percent and gained real-time analytics they had never been able to access.
Now at Salesforce, I lead a global team of more than 20 engineers responsible for the AI-ready data foundation for Sales and Revenue. This includes designing and deploying Salesforce’s internal Sales Data Mesh. We built domain-owned data products, automated quality checks, and standardized governance. Reporting latency dropped from 24 hours to under 4. Data reliability improved across every sales dashboard. And Agentforce AI can now automate sales, forecasting, and pricing because the upstream data is finally trustworthy.
One theme ties my work together, AI succeeds only when the data architecture is right. That’s the gap I solve.
I’m also building new ideas outside the enterprise space.
I launched Allen Insider (allen-insider.com), a weekly AI-powered newsletter curating local events for families in Allen and Collin County. It runs on an automated AI backend I designed myself. And I created a Career GPT Agent trained on my background so people can explore my work history and leadership approach in an interactive way:
