Development has always been an important aspect for businesses. The reason being because development is more than just a term – it’s visible to those in the community. You can see a company’s growth as they expand throughout an office or as they build a new location. Witnessing their development displays trust and experience to their clients and consumers, which is something we strive for at Boser Construction as we enter our 20th year in business.

Trust comes from transparency. As a CEO, I’ve felt that having a hand in each project helped me to better understand what our team can accomplish. Being forthcoming builds a strong relationship with our clients, and displaying honesty creates a positive atmosphere in the workplace. It’s from that trust in which we earn our opportunity to create buildings that fit the needs of our clients.

Our development within Sauk Rapids has allowed us to provide Central Minnesota with 20 years of service. We fought our way from $100 and a pickup truck to become the well-respected company we are today. The positive feedback we’ve received has allowed us grow ourselves by adding new staff, taking on new projects, and partnering with companies dedicated to bettering our community.

It’s from Boser Construction’s strong desire to aid in businesses’ development in which Inventure Properties came into realization. As a business grows to need more space, it’s Inventure that offers a helping hand as the critical link between the General Contractor and the Owner/Building Tenant who uses the new space.

I’m proud to be affiliated with both companies and to be represented by a team that continues to impress myself and our clients.
