PERSONAL SUMMARY:
Anna Ashurov serves as Global Head of Commercial Operations and Transactions for Aladdin®, BlackRock's industry-leading investment management and operating platform, powering trillions in assets for the world's largest financial institutions. In this role, Mrs Ashurov is responsible for leading deal structuring, pricing strategy, and commercial governance to support Aladdin's global growth and technology leadership. She is a member of the Aladdin Al Committee, shaping Al and machine learning strategies while ensuring responsible data governance and innovation, and member of BlackRock’s AI task force, focused on developing forward-looking responses to regulatory and policymaker inquiries on AI and financial stability.

Previously, Mrs Ashurov led commercial strategy and transformation for ABInbev (world’s largest brewer) in the North American zone and was involved in numerous organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including build out and scaling of AB’s Beyond Beer strategy and business unit. Prior to that, she spent her career as a senior banker across various industry verticals, most recently at Goldman Sachs in its Leveraged Finance division. Additionally, Mrs Ashurov served as Chief of Staff for the capital markets division at Goldman Sachs, responsible for delivering strategy and transformation for a third of the investment banking division (8 distinct business units and over 600 colleagues globally).

Mrs. Ashurov serves on the Board of Trustees at Brooklyn Law School, and as President and member of the Board of Directors at MDS school. She was named as the Business Insider’s Rising Stars of Wall Street and Notable Alumnus in FinTech by Brooklyn Law School.

She is a respected thought leader in FinTech, Tech and Blockchain.
