PERSONAL SUMMARY:
I have a very good experience working with a research team. Between a great idea or algorithm and a product, there is a huge gap. A different set of complementary skills are needed to cross it.
My strength is to build and lead those kinds of teams of Ph.D. and Software developers and design some frameworks and tools for the researchers to explore their ideas faster and implement robust customer products. As a team manager, I drive innovation and push the team to learn and experiment. Building a team to work on big medical-grade software requires good processes, as well as communicative dedication and motivation. And as a CTO of Kaer Labs, I provide a long-term vision for our software products and technologies.

- Software team management
- Software architecture.
- interface with many other teams (hardware, industrialization and other software teams).

Main responsibilities in the previous position:
Manage software teams.
Design the architecture of our software products (Rust, C++, Python) and train the team on this framework.
Build also Tech demos and prototypes.
Provide a technological vision and roadmap for the company.
Work with a remote team.
Recruiting and Building remote teams (I recruited a small team in Vietnam).
