Expand Business:
Engage with relevant stakeholders (Client & internal) & conduct thought leadership sessions with clients inline with their road-map & vision, take action on the leads generated & track progress and Participate in RFP Responses.

Technology:
Leverage Cognizant's accelerators in delivery, Upskill team, form competency teams and enable knowledge sharing across project teams

Operational Excellence:
Budget and Forecast for Revenue and Margin, Variance analysis with actuals, Revenue Acceleration Plan, Resource demand fulfilment, Pyramid optimization, Increase Managed services conversion and new wins

People Management:
Periodic connect with teams to provide leadership updates, recognition of top performers, facilitate learning/upskilling goals for the Associates, Year End Reviews, Ratings and Promotions
