Pear Bio is a Boston and London-based AI-enabled biotech company. We develop functional precision medicine-guided therapeutics for patients with hard-to-treat cancers. We take tumor biopsies and blood from cancer patients to find new targets with multi-omics. We then test the efficacy of generated drug candidates directly on patient tumor samples using a proprietary immune-microtumor system. We have best-in-class and first-in-class internal drug discovery programs, and we are using our 3D immune-microtumor platform to position our drug candidates in the right indications/populations and in smarter combination therapies.
