Klarity's software simplifies your ASC 606 or IFRS 15 customer contract review process. Klarity normalizes your contract review controls through a standardized checklist, uses Machine Learning to review customer contracts for clauses with potential revenue impact, documents technical Revenue Recognition impact according to ASC 606 or IFRS 15, and stores all relevant documents (e.g. MSA, Order Form, RevRec schedule and Invoice) in one record. 

Klarity was founded by Andrew Antos, a Harvard lawyer, and Nischal Nadhamuni, an MIT Computer Science graduate.
