Skyfall Ventures is a seed-stage venture capital firm based in Oslo, Norway. The firm invests in Nordic seed-stage technology companies.

Skyfall Ventures was established as a firm in 2016 but has invested under the Skyfall umbrella since 2014. Skyfall's first fund, with NOK 70 million ($7m) in assets under management, was launched in February 2020. Prior to launching their first fund, Skyfall had invested NOK 30 million ($3m) across 16 companies.
